Specification Developer - Outside IR35 - Remote - 6 months - Calculations, Specifications, Excel, Unit Testing
Our global Technology client is looking for an experienced Specification Developer with pensions experience to join a large team on a Finance industry project.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (initially), likely to extend for 2+ years
Location: Remote with very occasional visits to the office (expenses covered)
Security Clearance: MUST be eligible for SC Clearance
IR35 Status: Outside
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience of interpreting specifications and delivering code/configuration to satisfy those requirements
- Experience of building complex calculation routines efficiently using MS Excel (macro knowledge not necessary)
- Experience of unit testing complex code/configuration deliveries
Nice to have:
- Experience of working within a pension, payroll or similar financial product environment
- Good knowledge and understanding of UK pensions technical legislation/regulation
