Job Summary
Job: Drupal Developer
Location: EU Remote
Contract: 12months +
Client: Big Pharma
Must have
- 5+ years of experience with Drupal (including Drupal 8 and 9), custom module development and site building
- Deep understanding of the Drupal API including entity types, forms, plugins, and events
- Experience of using Drupal install profiles including config management
- Knowledge of using Composer to manage Drupal sites
- Good knowledge of PHP and OOP
- Experience building web services using REST and JSON API
- Experience with writing tests for Drupal and other applications
- Experience integrating third-party applications into existing systems using APIs
- Proficiency with LAMP and Docker stacks
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- Expertise with performing advanced troubleshooting and debugging
- Team orientation, good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Interest in learning new technologies and intellectual curiosity
- Experience with working in distributed teams with colleagues in multiple time zones
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical people
Nice to have
- Contribution to Drupal (core, modules, documentation, ...) and the open-source projects
- Be an active member of the Drupal or other professional community
- Experience with writing technical documentation
- Experience with Symfony and Laravel
- Experience with VueJs
- Experience with Cloudflare including workers
- Experience with Lando for local development
- General understanding about CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience with the AWS infrastructure: S3, CloudFront, ECS Fargate, SQS, SNS
Other
- Term: 12months + plus extensions
