Senior Splunk Engineer
6 month freelance contract
100% remote

Job Summary:
* Represent the team's activities and priorities in relation to other IT teams
* Collaborate with the Product Owner to define, prioritize and groom the team backlog
* Create technical designs based on functional specifications for proposed solutions
* First point of contact in addressing technical questions/impediments coming from the team and/or customers
* Work with the team to ensure the Splunk platform is properly administrated (stability, performance tuning, improvements)
* Develop Splunk reports, dashboards, and applications
Job Qualifications:
Splunk Admin and/or Architect Certification
Minimum 5 years of experience with Splunk (deploying Splunk and administering the platform, onboarding new data sources, building dashboards and searches)
Expertise with Linux command line interface and experience with Shell Scripting
Soft skills:
