Role Title: IAM Unix Technical Lead
Location: Remote Poland

Role Purpose
• Technical consultancy on Unix environments (covering Linux, AIX, Solaris) specifically in relation to a strong understanding of Identity and Access management practices and controls.
• Working collaboratively with various engineering teams across the organisation to effectively define strategic IAM architecture
• Build, support and provide ongoing maintenance for custom Linux feeds into an internal compliance database.
Skills
• Strong scripting knowledge (eg: python, pearl, bash)
• Knowledge of Tanium is preferable but not mandatory
• Understanding of Linux task management (cron)
• Extensive experience with Unix automation, scripting and programming, specifically with Unix shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Unix terminologies such as cron jobs, pipes, and shell variables.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to provide technical guidance to the business
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and management.
• Strong understanding of Unix operating systems and architecture.
• Experience with server management and administration, including monitoring, performance tuning, and security management.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Strong practical knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of IAM best practices and principles (i.e. PAM, IGA, Segregation of Duties, Toxic combinations, least privilege etc)
