£400-£450/day - Outside IR35
I am looking for an Embedded C++ Software Engineer, contractor, to join our client's team to develop innovative systems used within the automotive and marine sectors.
The role requires on-site work 2-3 days a week, due to the nature of the projects, our clients' offices are based on the outskirts of Bath.
You will design, construct, and test a reliable Real Time Embedded software application for a variety of autonomous vehicles, using system requirements documents as your guide.
Skills and Experience:
- Able to determine and interpret software requirements from system requirement documents.
- Embedded C++
- CAN bus - CANOpen, J1939 or rawCAN
- Understanding of unit and integration testing, using automated tools.
