Description
A global client of ours is in need of a SAP ME Developer to assist them on a new and upcoming project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understand the Business process and available functionalities in the current deployment.
- Discussion with stakeholders and drafting of the requirements for the new deployments.
- Translate the complex business requirements in to the accepted and articulated system requirements
- Perform Development, Unit testing & Participation in Peer reviews.
- Should be able to debug and troubleshoot the issues in the already existing custom Java code
- Lead the development team and manage and keep track of the development activities
Technical Skills
- Hands on SAP ME SDK Development experience and strong knowledge in SAP ME SDK including all the types of customizations (Activity Hooks/Service Extensions/POD Plugins/Custom UI) by using NWDS.
- Core & Advanced Java/J2EE programming experience.
- NWDI/CTS+ Code transport between Dev QA & Production environments.
- Should have good understanding on SAP ME configuration and POD customization and how to configure and attached the custom developed plugin/pages in SAP ME POD and Activity maintenance.
- Sound knowledge of SQL/PL/SQL.
- Experience in UI5 is an added advantage.
- Exposure to MII Workbench development/Web Services/XML Processing/XSLT is required.
- Knowledge of MEINT workflows is an added advantage.
- Experience in SAP ME upgrade will be desirable
