IT Project Manager - Banking - Contract - LondonI have an excellent Project Management position, working within one of the leading banks in the UK. The project aims to deliver a complex IT project with teams split across multiple locations and working in different timezones around the globe. This exciting role aims at managing complex Application Development and Infrastructure projects, ensuring that any operational risks are managed appropriately.
This role is offering a 6 month rolling contract and a daily rate of up to £450 has been signed off, for the correct applicant (based on experience, Current situation and relevance to this position)
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Strong Banking and Finance background
- An IT background with experience in managing the delivery of IT projects
- A proven track record, with experience of Risk Based Project Management and SDLC
- Prince II or PMI certification
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management at all levels (Elements of this role will require you to face off to senior stakeholders)
- Strong leadership skills, managing across a range of disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Previous Consultancy Experience is Highly Beneficial
- Strong and Varied Communication Styles
