Description of work:
The consultant(s) will be integrated in the Back office & Testing group of the ICT Infrastructure section and participate in the ICT projects of the operational units and carry out system testing and corresponding tasks, specifically:
•Administration, optimization and maintenance of the SharePoint (MOSS 2007, MOSS 2010 and MOSS 2013) farms, the Microsoft SQL servers, the web servers, the MS System Center Operations Manager environment, the ADFS environment and the Windows operating systems of customer's servers
•Integration of new systems into the existing environment
•Ensure 2nd and 3rd line support for the customer and Extranet service users for the Back Office services running on the SharePoint and web servers
•Document the current environment and changes to it
•Identify the cause of problems, document, and develop an immediate, short-term, and/or long-term solution
•Create and/or maintain support documentation and procedures
•Maintenance of the Team Foundation Servers )
