Smart Computer related degree graduate required for a 2nd line support role within a large software house based in London.
The Graduate 2nd Line Support Analyst will be responsible for providing second line support to a host of customers.This is an exciting role that will suit technically skilled, analytical thinking problem solvers.
The software itself is a sophisticated multi-server application primarily based on .Net, SQL Server, Javascript.It is characterised by having extremely high throughput and performance demands, along with multiple interfaces to 3rd party systems. You'll gain coding experience as you build experience through the role.
This role will suit a new graduate with a degree in a computing.
