Description
Server/Application/Support/Windows/Linux/Sharepoint/Biztalk/IIS/WebServer/InternetInformationServicesMy client are the UK's leading computer based testing governing body and are approaching their busiest time of year.
They are in need of 2 Server application support engineers to come in and work alongside the permanent infrastructure team to cover the peak period and increased workload.
This is almost a bespoke role and will suit somebody who is flexible and has a mixture of skills ranging from Infrastructure and application support. The role is an investigatory role that will be incident management (2nd line level) and documentation.
There will not be any server builds but there maybe deploying new applications via TFS, manual or Automation.
Core skills needed:
IIS - "Internet Information Services" or (Apache/ JBOS)
Windows server
Linux
Sharepoint
SQL
Working knowledge of:
Biztalk
ASP. net
Middletier
Client Server
Location: South Yorkshire
Rate: £220 - £260 per day
Length: 9 months contract
