Voice Consultant - Birmingham

I am working with a top comms company based in Birmingham who are looking for a contractor for 6 months.

You will require the following experience to be considered for this opportunity.
  • Cisco CUCM/UCCE/CVP
  • Cisco Intelligent Contact Manager (ICM)
  • Cisco Intelligent Contact Manager Scripting (ICM)
  • Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC)
  • Cisco UCS C Series Servers
  • Cisco Routers
  • Cisco Switches


Key Tasks:
  • Change requests, troubleshooting and BAU
  • ICM scripting, database schema, agent / skillgroup configurations
  • CUCM v5+
  • Unity Express configurations and troubleshooting
  • Voice gateway troubleshooting
  • NICE call recording troubleshooting
