We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Service Desk Specialist to join their business in the United Kingdom.Position Title: Service Desk Specialist

Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line customer support from IT contacts and client subsidiaries to end users
- Record all incoming problems/queries related to mobile applications, SAP, EDI, etc
- Resolve customer issues using knowledge/known error database
- Produce service desk (weekly/monthly) statistics and reports
- Liase internally to resolve incidents/problems
- Monitor and manage calls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recent experience in customer service/helpdesk role
- Professional experience in the IT industry
- Strong customer orientation and positive approachable attitude
- Flexibility to work shift patterns (6:30 to 19:00)
- Experience in Mobile App.Support is an advantage
- ITIL qualification is an advantage
