Performance Analyst - 6 Months, ManchesterA Senior Performance Analyst is required for an NHS organisation for 6 months. You will have excellent communication skills and be highly personable. Acing as a senior analyst, you will lead on the development, delivery and reporting of highly complex information to support the contracts and non-contracted activity. This is a pivotal role due to unplanned extra work load.

- NHS Commissioning experience
- Provider engagement and negotiation
- Knowledge of NHS Contract types
- Previous performance analyst experience
- PbR, SUS, SLAM knowledge
- Proven communication skills
- Advanced Excel and interpretation of analysis

The role
- Analyse and interpret complex analysis
- Monitor health care contracts, their related activity identifying areas of over performance, liaising with finance and contracting
- Provide specialist support to in key areas including activity planning, performance and contracting, service redesign and health intelligence
- Utilise benchmarking tools and databases to support performance management
- Play a lead role in the set up and delivery of performance reports
