Medical Industry
Due to continued expansion an Oxford based world leader in the medical industry requires a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join part of their ground breaking development team which will impact hospitals worldwide.
You will be responsible for software design and development of new products, and working on the design and implementation level on embedded firmware for medical devices.
Developing real time software directly on hardware.
Excellent understanding of programming languages and fluent in C
Good understanding of source management (e.g. SVN) and bug tracking systems (e.g. Bugzilla)
Beneficial
Understanding of a highly regulated software development environment, such as medical, or automotive, aerospace etc
8051
Good understanding of embedded communications systems
Programming in C#
Understanding of processor architectures and peripherals
