Senior Agile AdvisorEnglish1 year contract- London based with 80% travel within Europe

My client is a large corporate based in London and is currently looking for a Senior Agile advisor with strong experience in Coaching.

Function:

- Within the context of multiple complex projectsyou are in charge of helping organisations to transform their culture and build high-performing teams.

- As a senior Agile advisor you are in charge of Building an engineering culture through disciplined technical practices.

- You are in charge for Enterprise and Team coaching and training, Scaled and distributed Agile.

- Specialties: agile transformation & change, software team optimisation, business change, technology change

- Agile, Technical and Product Development advisory on achieving the best outcome for the clientincubator businesses.

- You are focused on helping companies identify the best solution for them to deliver value, by taking the relevant parts from Scrum , XP and Kanban and Life coaching and applying them across the business, technology, process and Culture areas.

- As a business and executive Agile coach with proven experience in coaching senior managers and executives at some of the world's largest organisations, you work with people and teams to unlock new perspectives and approaches to achieving their goals.

Profiel:

- You are a Agile Leader with excellent technical, consulting and communication skills and can train stakeholder to use Agile and explain them all the streng point of using this methodology.

- As a Agile expert, you are passionate and driven and you write about Agile methods, lead bloggs, organize conferance and coach people with Agile methods (SCRUM, XP, LEAN, KANBAN andDSDM) .

- Agile Project | Programme | Portfolio Planning,Management, Governance & Delivery.

- You are positive, can-do attitude and encourages people around you to do the same.

- A passionate enterprise Agile / Kanban coach and trainer

- You are Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)

- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

-Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

- You have an engineering background and are very handson.

- You have an excellent understanding of Client Server, Databases and E-commerce Architecture including B2C, B2B and Integration Technology.
