Description

We are looking for a guru level developer who loves building, maintaining and monitoring PHP applications and WordPress plugins on the LAMP stack.

You’ll be working both alone and as part of a small team, creating innovative applications and maintaining existing ones on a number of web applications and services for an innovative Journalism cooperative

The perfect candidate will need a keen eye for details and high standards for code quality and efficiency. Knowledge of best practices in building scalable applications is highly desirable.

What you’ll need to succeed:
  • PHP and MySQL experience
  • WordPress expertise
  • Knowledgeable in object-oriented programming
  • Experience with the full LAMP stack
  • Understanding of JS, HTML, CSS
  • Passion and a love of what you do!


    • Bonus points:
  • Experience with IgnitionDeck
  • Crowdfunding portal experience


    • Your qualifications:
  • A work style that is extremely detail oriented
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Guru level PHP skillz
  • References or an established reputation and background.
