Service Desk Assistant/ 1st Line Engineer/ 2nd Line Engineer/ IT Support

Windows 7/ Windows 8/ MAC/ MS Office/ Windows Server

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a well known organisation in West London for a 1st/2nd Line Engineer to work on a contract basis for 6 months. They will be required to join a team of 4-6 Engineers and deal with issues arisen on a 1st/2nd Line level.

This role is extremely customer facing, good people skills, great personality and someone who has dealt with users face to face would be very successful

This is a great opportunity to work in a forward thinking IT department and work on a more customer facing manner for 6 months.
