Duties
Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
- Tracking content published across a portfolio of brands that can be used in social media.
- Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers including images, video and text.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users.
- Compile reports.
- Provide coaching to social efforts for teams that manage their own social media.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate people.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledgeable of and experience with WordPress.
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative to analytical.
- Has in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Quora, etc.
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
- Has the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
