We're looking to add great engineers to our project to build a whole new platform for our SaaS offerings. We use Django on the back-end and modern front-end frameworks including Angular. We work in the academic space, helping faculty and other authors connect with their peers and community to share ideas and research.
Skills & Requirements
Our typical stack includes Django/Python/PostgreSQL on the backend, plus HTML5/CSS3/Javascript on the front end. For services and messaging we’re using Redis, Celery and Solr among others. We're pretty big on front-end frameworks as well - Bootstrap, Angular, etc. We believe in agile methodology. We believe in building things fast, but right. We use GitHub, Jira Agile, and Moqups as part of our daily workflow. We need developers with at least five years in the industry and with at least one product under their belt written in Python/Django/Javascript/Angular. But mostly we want people who are intelligent, friendly and flexible when it comes to changing priorities.
