Role: Senior .Net Web DeveloperDuration: 12 months daily rate contract
Location: West Dublin
Start Date: Monday
This company are growing year on year. Currently seeing ground breaking growth, they are entering new markets in South America, New Zealand, and throughout Europe.
They offer a very bespoke Product as SaaS and need a .Net Web Development superstar to join their IT team.
You will be working closely with the development manager on this Brownfield project, upgrading and enhancing the original Product, offering feature enhancements to the existing client base whilst also adding further functionality and modernisation concurrently.
The role is a challenging one.and not for the faint-hearted. You will need to be able to move quickly between tasks and have the flexibility to deliver statements of work simultaneously. Ability to liaise with BA's, QA's and clients is a must as well as helping along the junior members of the .Net Development team as well. The company are looking for you to really get involved in the work and become part of the team.

Technical Skills:
Senior level development experience with .Net (to 4.5) with C#.Net
Strong web development experience with Asp.Net Webforms and MVC
Back end experience with SQL Server. Any exposure to SSRS would be brilliant but there are dedicated database developers in-house.
Excellent Service layer experience with various API's including REST, and WCF.
Web API being introduced across the architecture and a Micro Service Model is being introduced as well.
Strong experience with Javascript, AJAX, Jquery and JSON
Excellent problem solving skills. This is a really key requirement - you'll be thinking on your feet.
Excellent communication skills - lots of interaction with the various IT pods as well as existing and new customers.
