This is an exciting new opportunity for an Oracle Functional Consultant with experience of Oracle HR and Oracle Payroll.
The Oracle HR/Payroll Functional Consultant will be responsible for undertaking HR/Payroll design work and review of Oracle AIM documentation and production of the new HR and Payroll module design and build documentation.
Oracle HR/Payroll Functional Consultants Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for review, amendment of design documentation based on Oracle AIM
- Individual will be responsible for completion of AIM and other project documentation to a high standard and within project deadlines
Essential Skills:
- Oracle HR: Functional design and specification knowledge; working experience creating AIM documentation, knowledge of standard oracle offering for HR. Strong cross module knowledge ie OTL, OLM, Attendance Management
- Oracle Payroll: LGPS, FastFormula, Functions, element design and build, payroll interfaces, third party payroll solution integration. Good knowledge of Oracle eBusiness suite tables for HCM/Payroll
- It will be expected that strong presentation and client management skills are demonstrated
- This is a client facing role so must have strong client facing experience
Desirable Skills:
- Other Oracle HCM modules, such as core HCM, SSHR, OLM, ICD, Web ADI, PLSQL, CV040, MD050, BR100
The successful candidate must be willing to undergo a security clearance process.
