Windows Engineer - Migration Windows Server 2003 to 2012

Leading financial client has 3 urgent contract openings for Windows Engineers with specific migration experience from Windows Server 2008.
Duties include:
- Investigate running processes and applications on Server
- Discover and document interfaces and server roles
- Support Testing of x64 bit compliancy of the application
- Setup new Virtual Servers as Infrastructure Servers (print, file Servers)
- Upgrade schema, domain function level when it is required
- Align all activities with the Project manager Germany and Wintel team across 2 Euopean countries, remotely by telephone, instant messages and email.
Skill Profile:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012
- System administration skills across: DC, DNS, DHCP, AD services, security (ssh, ssl, tokenizing, etc.)
- General knowledge in: network, TCP/IP, Firewall
- Wide-ranged of experiences in VMWare vSphere, operation of DB, web server, file server
- Experience in Application Support, communication with application and business owners highly sought upon
- Experience writing concepts
- Experience working in high availability Real Time environments
- Working within an English speaking team
