A Property OPEX Management Accountant is required on an interim basis with a pioneering Mobile Telecoms organisation.
The Property OPEX Management Accountant will deliver the month end accounting for all finance aspects of the businesses property OPEX. This includes liaison with stakeholders and outsourced property OPEX contract providers.
The Property OPEX Management Accountant will also cover the following key areas:
- Financial Accounting - reviewing and processing monthly financial data. Analysing property finance cost transactions during month end and identify unexpected entries or omissions in the results and also perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations,
- Reporting & Analysis, forecasting and business partnering.
- Finance Operations - recommend & implement best practice and process improvements
- Compliance & Security
Candidates will ideally be a qualified accountant or working towards qualification (CIMA/ACCA). You will have carried out a similar role within ideally a Mobile Telecoms or Property environment, other relevant industries will also be considered. You will be commercially focused and will have previously carried out the completion of management accounts. You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, an analytical mind with the ability to analyse complex data coupled with excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.
