Description
Caspian One is working with a tier 1 Investment Bank, who are looking for an Application Infrastructure Project Manager. This will be working within Cash Equities IT and will cover the entirety of both their application and infrastructure suite.
The ideal candidate will come from a background of Investment Banking Project Management responsible for the reporting, monitoring and coordination of the movement of a current data centre. You will have strength in both low level infrastructure (storage, Servers and networks) and an understanding of the trading applications that sit on that infrastructure (Front Office equities IT).
This is a great opportunity to lead the efforts of a data centre exit and the creation of a new infrastructure. Due to the size of the team and IT infrastructure there are many stakeholders involved (developers, program managers and senior stakeholders) and this will require fantastic project management and relationship building skills.
Required Skills:
5+ Years as a Project/Development Manager
5+ Years Infrastructure Management
2 Years Front Office banking experience
Desirable to have:
Understanding of Cash Equities
