CCS Provide & Porting Analyst - 3 month contract - Bracknell
A CCS Provide & Porting Analyst is required by our client to join them on a contract basis, working in Bracknell
As a CCS Provide & Porting Analyst the ideal candidate will manage the provisioning of contact customer orders and service change requests on the CISCO ICM platform.
Responsibilities:
*To successfully manage all porting activity carried out by off shore and be the next line in escalation path.
*To successfully manage the reservations of all Non geographic numbers across all Intelligent Networks
*To successfully manage the reservations of Geographic numbers on the Ex Energis and Thus networks
*Update, implement and manage customer scripts.
*To provide support for CCS products
*Offer Business advice on call centre and NIVR issues
Knowledge and experience:
*Knowledge of Cisco ICM
*Knowledge of the Number porting process
*Customer service/delivery background preferably in fast moving environment.
*Ability to engage customers and colleagues at all levels with a strong ability to communicate through all mediums in an articulate manner.
*Act as a central figure for technical assistance on Scripting, product and provisioning issues for both internal colleagues and external customers.
*Working knowledge of Excel, Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
*Be able to work without supervision and demonstrate the ability to create and deliver new ideas into the team.
