Description
Must have:
- Strong information technology skills, to include SAS and Excel.
- Strong analytical ability, experienced in SAS programming, data analysis and process development and the ability to work accurately to tight timescales.
The Portfolio Analytics & Reporting (PA&R) team have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Risk Analyst. The role will support the PA&R Regulatory Reporting function, to understand the impacts of the regulatory reporting impacts of a major unsecured loans migration programme and deliver the required remediation to ensure accurate, timely and compliant reporting of the credit risk information. This includes FSA Integrated Regulatory Reporting, COREP, Basel Pillar 3 and IFRS7.
Responsibilities:
- Resolution of technical queries and issues relating to data and/or process issues.
- Involvement in business process re-design and production of process documentation, changes to existing reporting and build of new reporting.
- Design, build and implementation of SAS EUC code and reporting changes.
- User Acceptance Testing
- Production and delivery of analysis and results to senior management level.
- Backfill business as usual support in the delivery of the Regulatory Reporting requirements.
