Freelance Service Delivery Manager, Copenhagen
My client, an International Insurance company are currently recruiting a Service Delivery Manager for their Nordic Region - based in Copenhagen. This is a contract role which will initially be a 12 month contract, but with the possibility to be extended for a further 2 years.
The role will require significant interaction and collaboration with all GIP teams and Nordic representatives to ensure that all activities are in line with current activities and processes, according to our standards.
Job description:
Business contact and accountable for all IT production belongings
Roll-out responsible and contact for all GIP ITIL processes
Local implementation of all GIP ITIL processes
Counterpart for capacity request and GIP related budget
Communication of Groups Application SLAs to local IT and user community
Contact for Group IT Service SLAs and communication of them
Negotiation and maintenance of Frame SLAs
Organizes Service Review Meetings and produces the minutes
Creation of communication processes and best ways for all communication needs, at all levels
Skills Required:
- Experienced in Service Delivery
- High process analytical skills (ITIL certification is a plus)
- Interpersonal and Leadership skills
- Incident management skills
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- ITSM platforms knowledge
- Business knowledge is a plus
- Customer focused
