Your tasks:
- Mainly administrative tasks, including work with electronic systems and databases, electronic filing of case documents, purchasing and shipping of materials
- Scheduling domestic meetings and abroad
- Contact with trial staff at hospitals and translation of texts from Danish to English
- Cooperate with the department's other four CTAs to perform other administrative tasks, such as handling of invoices, preparation of minutes of department meetings and travel booking
Your qualifications
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP
- Experience in indications such as cardiovascular, respiratory, oncology, diabetes, metabolics
- Profound pharmaceutical experience
- Very good IT-knowledge (MS Office)
- Fluency in Danish and English
- Outgoing and dynamic personality
- High attention to quality and detail
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently without lowering one's sights on quality
- Prioritize tasks, keep track and thrive in a fast-paced work where the focus can change quickly
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Strong sense of responsibility
