Description


We are looking for a
CTA (m/f)

Reference: -en
Start: 05/15
Duration: 6 MM++
Place: in Denmark
Branch: Pharmazeutische Industrie

Your tasks:
  • Mainly administrative tasks, including work with electronic systems and databases, electronic filing of case documents, purchasing and shipping of materials
  • Scheduling domestic meetings and abroad
  • Contact with trial staff at hospitals and translation of texts from Danish to English
  • Cooperate with the department's other four CTAs to perform other administrative tasks, such as handling of invoices, preparation of minutes of department meetings and travel booking


Your qualifications
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP
  • Experience in indications such as cardiovascular, respiratory, oncology, diabetes, metabolics
  • Profound pharmaceutical experience
  • Very good IT-knowledge (MS Office)
  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality
  • High attention to quality and detail
  • Ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently without lowering one's sights on quality
  • Prioritize tasks, keep track and thrive in a fast-paced work where the focus can change quickly
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong sense of responsibility
