My client is currently implementing a new BI function which will require a SSIS developer in order to provide strategic information management and analytics capabilities to the business.There is an immediate need to extend and refresh the existing dimensional data warehouse and also to engage the business in exploiting information.
I require two skilled and experienced contractors, for an interim period of 6 months, who can:
In the front-room:-
- Work innovatively with business users in line with Kimball methodology
- Choose appropriate solutions to meet business needs (e.g. alerts, reports, dashboards, infographics, data exploration, visualisation, etc)
- Use Qlikview, the MS BI stack and other tools to provide analytical access to users
- Tune Qlikview performance in the server and application domains
