Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Full stack Front End developer to join our team. The majority of the workflow will be focused on Front End development, with mobile work as projects come about. Candidates must be an expert with HTML5/CSS/JavaScript (jQuery, with AngularJS or Backbone.js) and have the ability to create high fidelity code from wireframes or comps. Must be an expert in responsive web design (CSS media queries and responsive images). Candidates should also have an understanding of GMT, JSON and/or YAML. This is a client-facing position, so you must be comfortable speaking effectively with clients and internal team members alike.
Responsibilities:
- Ideal candidate is someone who has proven experience in developing and bringing mission critical products to market.
- Willing and able to write vanilla JavaScript (Angular.JS), not reliant on frameworks.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of total experience in design and engineering of mission critical software products
- Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions for diverse and complex business problems
- Experience with Agile Methodology and practical work within an Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in developing applications in web technologies like AngularJS, jQuery, AJAX, REST, Spring, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), and Wijmo Enterprise software would be a huge plus.
- Bachelors or Advanced degrees in either Computer Science or other disciplines of engineering
