Senior CRM Project Manager - Brussels (English speaking role)
For a key end-client, we are searching for a Senior CRM Project Manager in the area of CRM Sales. You will take over existing projects and start new initiatives in the CRM area. The new projects include the implementation of Ecommerce and Portals. You will manage multiple projects in parallel and will report into senior management. You will take full ownership of the projects, and are able to set and keep track of milestones, manage vendors as well as stakeholders and project managers from the business side.
Required experience:
- Senior Project Management
- Proven project CRM (SAP/Salesforce) Project delivery track record
- Lead similar projects: implementation of CRM (SAP or Salesforce) or E-commerce portals
- Multiple full life cycles
- Exceptional stakeholder analysis and communication skills
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- English language
