IT Services Manager
One of the world leading telecoms vendors is looking for an IT services manager to work on site, in Baghdad, Iraq on a 12 month extendable contract position.
This is a great chance to gain good experience and an opportunity to get on board to work for one of the world leaders in the telecom industry, for this position you will be responsible for providing the proper and reliable IT service to the company's external customers. His or her tasks can include continually building the CRM database, focusing on determining and meeting customers' needs, planning new services, and updating existing ones in line with the best practices of project management, including cost and schedule estimation and risk analysis. IT service managers are responsible for maintaining a high-level standard when dealing with the company's IT services and demanded KPI's and SLA's.
To be considered for the role you will need to have industry specific professional qualifications in addition to a university degree in a relevant subject. The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) qualification is required throughout the IT service management, as well as having previous experience working within a telecom domain (preferably mobile operator managed service projects).
