eCRM Euro currently have a vacancy for Senior RF/Antenna design engineer (Terminals). Requirements
Designing, testing and documenting the best RF and Antenna solutions in wireless terminal devices such as handsets, broadband terminals and FMC terminals. The RF and antenna design covers both Cellular such as UMTS/LTE and Non-cellular such as GPS, WLAN and Bluetooth.
Leading overall RF and Antenna design for projects, managing the design process including schedules, providing solutions and keeping communications to other design engineers.
Analyzing RF technologies (Chipset) and selecting an optimal design for projects to meet all the requirements.
Analyzing Antenna technologies and selecting an optimal antenna design for projects to meet all the requirements.
Keeping good communication with other stakeholders such as mechanical engineers, other hardware engineers, antenna manufacturers, and management of the project.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor in Microwave Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related degree/experience.
Minimum 10 years of mobile phone industry experience in practical RF and Antenna design for handsets or other terminal devices.
Knowledge and experience in overall cellular RF transceiver design or RF system design.
Knowledge and experience in Antenna design, especially for cellular such as UMTS.
Knowledge and experience in RF and/or antenna simulation is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in TRP/TIS and SAR issues related to system design of wireless terminal device, such as in band radiate interference, matching between active RF circuit and antenna, act.
Knowledge in wireless communication systems such as UMTS, LTE, diversity, and MIMO is preferred.
Familiar with 3GPP in terms of RF related items.
