Senior OSS Sales Manager
Number of Position: 3-4
Job Location: Europe (Germany), Midde-East (Bahrain/Dubai) & Latin America (Mexico/Brazil)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support to achieve OSS sales targets and customer satisfactions of region/country/account
- Creates value propositions and position OSS solution directly with customers as part of a team at CxO level.
- Build, manage and own the customer relationship, capture customer requirements and analyze customer pain points.
- Identify sales opportunities during assignments and/or with existing customers and communicate to appropriate business development areas internally.
- Works closely with multiple parties from the customer and client to help identify, qualify, position and scope customer opportunities and leads
- Lead workshops and short-term value creation activities to establish credibility and build the case for a Consulting Services engagement.
- Design High level solution architecture and support bidding activities.
- Able to travel extensively at short notice for extended periods, globally as required

- Undertake other general duties as directed by the appointed direct manager or senior management
Selection Criteria
Essential
- Bachelor Degree or above, experienced in sales, marketing, communication and IT industry (at least 10 years' experiences for Bachelor and 8 year for Master)
- With at least 5 years' experiences in OSS/BSS architecture design, integration, application, sales, marketing, delivery etc.
- With sensitivity in understanding customer requirements, good presentation, analytical and organisational skill, excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and support worldwide projects
- Highly adaptable, goal orientated self reliant and personable, able to work under pressure in global multi-cultural, often unstructured work environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English with a natural ability to communicate complex concepts concisely with clarity and credibility.

- Prefer to have related OSS, BSS sales, marketing and project management experiences
