Contractor and Resource Administrator: Project Management, PMO, Vendor Management
My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking an Contractor and Resource Administrator to be the single point of contact for hiring external resources. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience as an administration expert, experience in Human Resources of Vendor Management and a good knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office.
SKILLS/JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE
*5+ years of working experience: Either prior experience in Resource management or 3+ years of project management experience.
*Experience in resource and contractor management
*Experience in working with Vendor Management Systems (fieldglass/Wand etc.)
*Experience in cooperating with Managed Service Provider
*Capable to formalize definitions and to ensure reporting data quality
*Good knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office (word, Powerpoint and excel)
*Experiences with working with global processes and tools
