Description

The areas of responsibility will include:

  • 1st line support for NAV
  • 1st line support for Network and Server issues
  • 1st line support for Web system
  • General knowledge of Hardware issues and problem resolution (printers, PC, thin clients and laptops)
  • Report creation from SQL and NAV systems
  • Customer service skills to deal with staff
