Qualifications:
BSc (hons) degree in Engineering/ science based discipline or Quality.
Knowledge/Experience:
Experience in machine/engineering quality management including working in a quality or development capacity with 3rd party OEM's
Broad technical, commercial, supply and manufacturing understanding
Solid understanding and experience of quality management techniques e.g. Statistical analysis/ six sigma/ lean manufacture/TQM
Strength to stand alone to champion and be the voice of quality when needed.
Team player strong social and networking skills
working knowledge of product development and introduction process
Ability to think and act strategically
Ideal candidates are from an automotive background or have experience with the manufacture and production of intricate machinery. e.g. vending machines.
