Description

The Role Objective
*Maintain and grow client revenues by effectively managing client relationships and delivering award winning quality work

Responsibilities
*Leading the clients' natural search programmes.
*Define and implement SEO solutions designed to meet clients' objectives.
*Demonstrate a clear understanding of the major factors that influence search engine keyword rankings and indexing.
*Understand the process and methodology of using paid and earned media to create content engagement in order to achieve performance in organic search.
*Understand HTML code; working knowledge of JavaScript and Server Side languages preferable.
*Run technical workshops, where required, for clients on the nuances of search.
*Coordinate with team members and outside partners to ensure search insights are at the heart of client campaign strategy and planning.
*Provide regular account management including interaction with clients and partners via phone, emails and direct contact.
*Think strategically about client accounts; provide objective recommendations with a solid business rationale.
*Educate clients on the changes in the search industry and how these changes could potentially affect the clients' programs and overall objectives.

Experience Required
*Proven project management skills.
*Proven experience of search engine optimisation.
*Ability to manage multiple SEO projects for a range of blue chip clients.
*An understanding of how paid advertising and natural search work together.
*A knowledge of SEO copy writing skills and how to write for search.
*Has familiarity with website development techniques, SEO tools and site analytics packages and principles.
