Project Description:- Responsible for producing high quality, comprehensive product and system materials for documentation and training by interpreting technical data into written and online content that can easily be used by technical personnel and end users with varying degrees of knowledge.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work with an information architect and other subject-matter experts to develop and maintain process flows and content for use in a Network Operations Center.
Requested skills:
- Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision
- Strong team player skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating engaging E-learning courseware from technical content
- XML editor (Arbortext Epic preferred)
