Configuration, Build and Release EngineerGlobal Leading Investment Bank are seeing a Configuration, Build and Release Engineer to join them permanently in their London HQ!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to get exposure within Banking!
Working on multiple projects within the Bank as well as Automating as many processes as possible. The Configuration, Build and Release Engineer will be responsible and own the release stage of the project lifecycle. Overseeing Build & QA, Oversee the changes made my developers, oversee the UAT stage and then deliver the release.
As a result you will own Hardware deployment, Powershell Scripts, Change of processes, ensure testing sign off is satisfactory.
This part of the business supports and develops Risk tools for tool users to go about their business.
Technical hands on experience needed to apply:
- Powershell scripting commercial experience is essential
- C# scripts- the ability to understand and translate
- SQL Databases- Ability to run SQL Scripts is preferred
- Ideally hold TeamCity (build) exposure but this is not essential
- An interest in Banking
- Build, Release, Environment or DevOps track record
