Description

Overview:
  • Partners directly with employees, managers, and business leaders to resolve HR issues.
  • Provides HR support by developing, leading and implementing strategies for respective client groups.
  • Focused on organizational effectiveness and design.
  • Leads and supports the talent management processes.
  • Engages and utilizes HR core platforms as needed to obtain consultative support and common tools, systems, and processes.
  • Performs HRIS/HR operational activities in the area of management reporting, talent acquisition, selection, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits and systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates considerable understanding across many HR areas, including recruiting, training, organizational development, labor relations, legal issues, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Coaches and supports others on policies, systems, and delivery model.
  • Resolves complex issues.
  • Refers employees, managers, and business leaders to others in the organization as appropriate, and escalates highly complex issues to appropriate subject matter experts.
  • Helps to coach and oversee performance management in partnership with line managers.
  • Advises, coaches, and counsels business leaders to assist with the implementation of business strategy.
SKILLS:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in human resources especially in a business partner role.
  • HR systems, particularly Oracle, knowledge and understanding and general comfort level with technology, excel.
