Mainframe Developer - Ireland Dublin - Pl/1 contract 6 months
My client is looking for a Mainframe developer with Pl/1 and Cobol experience
The key responsibilities for this role are

At least 5 years of experience in Z/OS, Cobol, PL/I, DB2.

Experience in IMS and MQ have added advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.

At least 5 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

At least 3 years of consulting experience, plus expertise with highly complex systems

At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments.

Ability to supervise a group of consultants/analyst engaged in specialised activities.
-
Provide technical solutions and keep insight into emerging technologies and business implications.
-
Experience to retail banking/payments domain would have added advantage.

Develops intermediate and detailed schedules supporting the master schedule.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
