Finance Business Partner
Location: Hook
Pay Rate: £400.00 Per Day
Contract duration: 3 months

We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the expanding team in the Virgin Media offices based in Hook.
Key Responsibilities -
Preparation of LRP, Budget and re-forecasts for Customer Experience, Install revenue, One-off discounts and Search & Partnership revenues, ensuring business ownership and that efficiency measures are in place. Also providing support for Sales and Digital.
To provide financial management of install revenue and discounts (net c. £17m per year), including the budget and roll process
To be responsible for optimising install revenue, working across departments to identify propositions and initiatives and put them into action
To produce reporting and analysis to understand key trends and drive decision making
To work with channels to understand install performance and set targets
Preparation of the month end/Budget/LRP packs for Customer Experience and provide support for Sales and Digital
Support of c.£25m credit spend pa across Customer Contact
Monthly reporting and target setting of one-off discounts, presenting at Credit Steering Group call on a monthly basis
Monthly presentation of one-off credit spend as part of Customer Service senior management call
Provide financial support for business casing Customer Experience commercial propositions
Ensuring Sales Closer Discount budget is effectively managed and ongoing effectiveness is monitored on a monthly basis to ensure efficiency of spend
Continual process improvement, especially around month end; quarterly planning cycles, LRP and budgeting
Regular attendance at Customer Experience team meeting to present financial results (incl Group results update)
Maintain and enhance the existing control environment to protect the integrity of SOX controls

Self motivated, setting an example for others to follow
IT â good Excel modelling, Powerpoint and Word skills are required
Use of Financial systems (CPR/Essbase/Oracle) - key deliverability for reporting and planning
