Senior Business Architect - Commercial Banking - Finance - Business Change
A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a Senior Business Architect to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.
The purpose of the role is for a Senior Business Architect to work on an on-boarding transformation programme. You will take ownership of the logical target operating model and ensure that the product backlog is a complete representation of the requirements which will realise it. You will also provide on-going oversight of and guidance to business analysts, to ensure the alignment of feature development to the target model. To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally commercial banking):
- Senior Business Architect experience in Financial Services
- Experience dealing with senior and executive level stakeholders - Scanning the market for emerging technology and business trends and innovation, identifying those that may be relevant and sharing them with stakeholders to assess adoption benefits
- Experience working with business and IT colleagues to provide pre-programme consultancy on complex business concerns, defining solution options and implications and providing recommendations and shaping delivery roadmaps.
- Experience solving design issues and challenges
- Ability to develop models and maintain the target and transition state operating models
- Able to govern business design
- Experience leading, motivating and developing team members to create a high performing team
As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
