IBM Tivoli Monitoring Specialist
A leading financial organisation in Belgium has an urgent need for a IBM Tivoli Monitoring Specialist. As the IBM Tivoli Monitoring Specialist you will receive monitoring requirements from various stakeholders.
Based on these monitoring requirements, you will code Tivoli situations, validate them in test and deploy them in Production. You will be active on distributed platforms such as Windows (2000, 2003, 2008, and 2012), Linux (Redhat), UNIX (AIX, Solaris) and ESX VMWare infrastructure.
The monitoring you will but in place will cover the Hardware Monitoring, OS Monitoring, Middleware and Application Monitoring. You will also make sure the new monitoring rules integrate into a global monitoring infrastructure (CA, NSM and CA USA).
Skills/Knowledge:
- Expert/Specialist in coding (monitoring rules for IBM Tivoli would be highly desired)
- Technical knowledge and experience with at least one of the following Windows, Linux, AIX and Solaris
