Description
GDC is currently recruiting for a C# .Net Developer in the Lancaster, PA area. US citizenship or permanent residence is required for this position.GDC is seeking an experienced developer to create and support Windows .NET applications for internal and external systems. Applicants must be experienced with general development methodologies as well as the .NET platform for Windows development.
The developer will work closely with solution architects and project managers to ensure projects meet the assigned goals and delivered on time. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Applicants must be able to work on multiple tasks during the same time frame and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Review, analyze, and modify programming systems (coding, testing, debugging & implementation)
• Work closely with system architects, designers, and business users
• Responsible for development, testing, implementation, and post implementation support
• Will be required to gain a comprehensive knowledge of assigned business functions
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in C#, ASP.NET
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012
• Experience with Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 or newer

• WPF
• Telerik Controls
• Experience with Unit testing
• Experience with building multi-threaded applications
