Description

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced ServiceNow Technical specialist for a new project implementation.

An experienced ServiceNow developer with a number of years of implementing ServiceNow implementations under their belt.

Is recognised as a technical expert on the ServiceNow ITSM system.

Help the clients Infrastructure group implement the IPCC functions replacing the existing Remedy system.

Follow on to implement further ServiceNow functionality.

Will do any necessary development.

Bringing industry ITSM best practise into clients infrastructure environment.

ITIL trained especially in IPCC.

Experience of Incident, Problem, Change and Config, other areas useful.

Developing solutions in JavaScript and other related languages.

Implementing best practices related to ServiceNow.

Leading or guiding and participating in a work-group with the need for complex and highly specialized knowledge

Provides guidance on how ServiceNow can address complex business needs

Establishing and developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, project managers, engineers, and senior staff members
