A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for a IT Call Advisor to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Sheffield S9.
You will be providing a variety of users with telephone help-desk support dealing with a range of tasks for example resetting passwords or troubleshooting software issues including Outlook. You will try to resolve queries at first contact, ensuring all calls are logged and tracked on the Remedy Call Management system. Where you are not able to solve the query you will pass to your second level support colleagues.
You will need to have strong customer service skills and some IT experience is preferred. With your positive 'can do' attitude, you will have great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and service level orientated role.
