Project: Design Existing Website as WordPress Theme

Our company is interested in transitioning our news website (http://bit.ly/1IGxsyA) to WordPress and are currently seeking a WP designer who can recreate our site as a responsive WordPress theme while fixing some minor design flaws.

We are interested in someone who we can maintain an ongoing relationship with and turn to in the future when we to make additional changes to the website or need to create other themes.

A background in theater, arts, news, or culture is helpful, but not necessary.
