Digital Design Engineer, Front End, RTL, ASICOxfordshire

A world leading instrumentation company are looking for a Senior Digital Design Engineer to join their expanding R & D Team. You will be Responsible for a broad range of Digital Front-end design activities and will design of many of the SoCs used in a variety of products within the business.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Specification capture and Development of design documentation
Design verification Synthesis and Power estimation of designs
Interfacing with software engineers Required: RTL design, preferably for modern microprocessor based systems, processor design or other complex ASIC products Understanding of modern processor architectures (ARM, MIPS, META)
Experience of VHDL, Verilog, and/or System Verilog
Experience with simulation tools like Questa, NCSIM and VCS 'C', C++
Modelling at an architecture/design level Beneficial: FPGA implementation of RTL designs Modelling using Matlab & Simulink
